Shipping

Canada - shipments will arrive 5 to 10 business days after placement of order. (due to Canada Post delays this could be extended.  If you need your order by a specific date please contact the store)

US - shipping to continental US only. Allow 14-21 business days to arrive after placement of order. Vivacious is not responsible for additional fees such as duties, taxes, brokerage, etc.

Expedited to Continental US 4-8 business days $34.95, Standard to Continental US $19.95 14-21 days, Over $100 orders standard delivery 14-21 days $12.00

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased in-store

We will gladly provide a store credit or exchange within 10 days of your purchase. A receipt must be accompanied with the return, the return must not have been worn and the tags must be on the product. All sale items, jewellery, bathing suits and shapewear are final sale and no exchange or credit will be given.

Items purchased online

Returns

You can return regular price clothing within 15 days of the order being received at Vivacious. (same instore restrictions apply to online products)

To return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags on the product and any original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return meets the standards above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, immediately. If there is any delay in the refund please check with your banking institution. If it is not showing on your statement after one week of confirmation email from us please let us know at info@iamvivacious.com to investigate.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced clothing items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, jewellery and shapewear cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@iamvivacious.com.
