If you haven't tried the Shapeez bra designed in Canada and made in Canada you need to check them out.  The comfort of this bra is amazing.  Yes it is an undwire bra, no it does not dig into your skin.  The amazing part of the bra is the smoothing out feature and comfort of the back.  No more bands that cut into us and create rolls that we don't need bulging out of our clothes.

For fit, we generally recommend the following:

- go down one size from your top size (ie. if you are a size large top, where size medium bra)

- wear your normal cup size
